With over ten years of experience, I’ve helped clients in their personal lives meet goals by implementing their dreams into reality. My areas of expertise are Spiritual (Christian, Catholic, Protestant), Creativity, Health & Wellness, Emotional, and Relationships.

Anew Life Coaching uses Logotherapy to swiftly change old belief systems that rarely work for present circumstances. I also utilize visual art activities like the “Wheel of Life” to learn more about you. These exercises allow me to understand and filter how you think and process information in making your decisions. Logotherapy-based coaching creates a connection that enhances understanding and a trusting relationship between us.
