I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Barb Dailey as a life coach. When I first started working with her, I was struggling with a lack of direction and clarity in both my personal and professional lives. I would say I was in a bit of a fog, unsure of which steps to take next. Barb worked with me to come up with a manageable set of next steps that got me going in the right direction. I think its fair to say that the first step is hardest to make. Looking back on my journey with Barb, I can confidently say that I am in a much better place now. The clarity that I gained through our sessions has been very impactful. One of the intangibles that I took away from her is a renewed sense of optimism and excitement about what I am doing again. Maybe I gave that to myself, or maybe she showed me how to do it. Either way, I have crossed those bridges now. Her style is low key and welcoming, which was very helpful for me, as I am not one to take direction well. I think I could be described as the horse that needs to be led to water sometimes.
