About Me

Ayanna Miguel has over 12 years experience as a Business Owner and Entrepreneur. Additionally, she has held professional supervisory and managerial positions in companies both within Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean region.

Her areas of speciality includes: Human Relations, Conflict/Dispute Resolution, Entrepreneurial Research and Development and International Business practices, with specific concentration on innovative ways to manage, motivate and develop.

Ayanna is a graduate of the University of the West Indies where she gained her undergraduate and post graduate qualifications namely a Masters in International Management (2006) and a Post Graduate Diploma (Distinction) in Mediation Studies (2012).

Additional educational and professional development pursued by Ms Miguel includes: becoming a Certified Mediator (2012) with the Mediation Board of Trinidad & Tobago, gaining certification as a professional and personal development trainer (2011) and recently undergoing intensive coaching training with CaPPTI in Atlanta Georgia USA.
