About Me

Born to a French Mother and British father, I had the privilege of growing up in both the UK and the South of France speaking both languages fluently. I have lived in Northern Ireland, France, UK, South Africa and USA. As a result, I gained a passion for people and the different life stories you encounter.
With the same passion for new discoveries and people, my husband and I moved to the USA for work for 5 years where we started our family. We have two young children.
We have now settled back for good to our favourite part of the world which is Yorkshire!
My BSc Psychology degree was completed at Leicester University and I did my formal Life Coaching training whilst in the US. My professional background includes the education sector which I practiced for over 10 years giving children, teens and young adults the tools to reach their goals.
I have over 10 years experience in successfully coaching people with stress management, depression, addiction, divorce or separation. I also have a great deal of experience working with people's work/life balance issues, I help them organise their life in a much more productive way so they can start enjoying the things they want to.
I do family coaching, helping parents with the challenges of bringing up children. I work with parents and teenagers together in order to establish mutual respect, clearer boundaries and greater understanding.

My coaching success is based on my experience and my training as a Life Coach. In session, I will ask you about what you want to achieve, which areas of you're life you're unhappy with and which you would like to improve. Together, we will work on a plan that is tailored to your needs. I will help you stay organised and focused in order to realise your goals.
My sessions are on a face to face basis, over the phone or via FaceTime and Skype.
