About Me

I have had a varied career, I have worked for private industry, Federal and State governments and non- profits. I have worked in direct services, management, administration and served as director. I have managed and owned several businesses. I have worked as an independent contractor, an investigator for the US Navy, Region III and UCLA.
I was a legislative aide and community ombudsman for the State of New Jersey's 15th legislative district.
My background is strong in human resources, marketing, organizing, planning and social services.
I have taught at the University level and now teach for the Alameda Unified School District.
Professional Coaching is a natural transition for me and also my joy when I can see my client's successes.
I am detailed, resourceful and fun loving!
