Hello! I am eager to share my passion for health and wellness with you! I tailor and individualize treatment to meet your needs. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I incorporate various therapeutic approaches to address and seek to heal the underlying cause of disease and disorders. My goal for you is to achieve nutritional and psychological wellness. I have spent the past 17 years working in the Mental Health field and have decided to pursue my passion focusing on health and wellness coaching for those with eating challenges, post-bariatric/vsg surgery, looking at the gut-brain connection to work with those with mental health issues, post-brain surgery and various other disorders and diseases.
