About Me
Hi, I’m Athena Mitsi. I am a Master Certified Life Coach. I help my clients change their relationships by building the relationship with themselves so that they live fulfilling and purposeful lives. I have a unique approach to coaching which is based on Jungian Psychology, Eastern Philosophy, and Neuroscience. I coach my clients through Shadow Work, Visualisations, Active Imagination, and Dream Work. My philosophy of coaching is rooted in Archetypal and Spiritual Psychology. I always offer a 60-minute free consultation session in order for my clients to experience the way I coach, and decide if we are a good fit to work together. All my clients leave this first session with great insights about themselves, and they are eager to continue to work with me.
