Hi, I’m Astha!
I believe that real transformation starts with small, intentional steps. Life can feel overwhelming, whether you're struggling with your health, relationships, or finances, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. My coaching is about more than just setting goals—it’s about rewiring habits, shifting mindsets, and creating a life where you feel fulfilled and in control.
I started my journey with an MBA in Human Resources from a reputed university in India, followed by 1.5 years in the fast-paced hospitality industry. But deep down, I knew my true passion lay in helping people break through the barriers holding them back. That’s why I pursued professional training at the Health Coach Institute, completing a CCE-accredited program recognized by the ICF.
For the past 14 years, I’ve also been deeply engaged in Buddhist philosophy and community dialogues, which have shaped my approach to personal growth. I’ve learned that change isn’t just about motivation—it’s about consistent action, deep self-awareness, and the courage to break free from limiting patterns.
With over 350 hours of coaching experience and 35+ clients (including students), I’ve seen firsthand how powerful coaching can be. My approach is based on the Habit Change Method, which means I don’t believe in quick fixes—I help my clients create lasting, sustainable change.
