About Me

Imagine living a life where you no longer hide, shrink, or suppress parts of yourself—where you can finally sleep peacefully because you're being 100% honest with yourself and others. That’s the heart of connection coaching, and it’s what I’m passionate about.

As a connection coach, I help individuals shed the masks they’ve been wearing, uncover their authentic desires, and make life choices free from guilt or obligation. My work is deeply personal—rooted in my own journey of overcoming people-pleasing, enduring two years of insomnia, and navigating the hard truths that eventually led to joy and fulfillment. Now, I guide others to embrace their messy, unfiltered truths and build lives filled with ease and authenticity.

My path has been anything but ordinary. Born under the Florida sun, I’ve taught theater as trauma release in Malaysia, built off-grid homes in Hawaii and California, taught high school in Oakland, run a startup in San Francisco, picked fruit in Hawaii, and even sailed across Indonesia. Through it all, I’ve explored what it means to be deeply connected to myself and others.

Using modalities like NLP, circling, and embodiment practices (yes, dance can be part of the process!), I create a judgment-free space where clients can fully express themselves and decide what to do with the clarity they uncover. With me, there’s no holding back—just the freedom to be unapologetically you.
