Embodied Trauma Recovery Coaching

Holistic, intuitive work to add resources to your recovery self-care & community-care toolbox. Highly customized for each client’s emotional safety. May include: trauma education, guidance & discernment, EFT tapping & other somatic exercises, feeling emotions, mindfulness training, dreamwork, the Enneagram, career coaching, setting boundaries.
