About Me

Ashley is a mother, addiction counselor, author, speaker, and educator. She has a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, international certification in drug and alcohol counseling, and extensive mental health assessment and counseling training. Ashley has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and has experience in counseling and coaching women and men in ADHD/ADD, crisis situations, trauma, stress related events, and depression, anxiety.

Ashley's goal as a coach is to teach women how to be better in the middle of their circumstance and not be a victim of it.
