About Me
I'm an ICF certified ACC- level coach. A seasoned key - accounts, service delivery and operations person from the healthcare sector, who has changed career paths to become a coach. I truly believe that the health, wellness and allied sectors have immense potential that can be unlocked via coaching.
I focus on my client's strengths and how those can be put to work for them. While I work keeping a client's strength/s front and centre, I make sure to touch upon improvement areas such that it doesn't hold them back.
My core values as a coach- creating a safe space for all clients by being trustworthy- client confidentiality is paramount, non- judgmental - letting clients be their authentic self and express freely, purposeful - where every interaction is intended to help clients towards goal achievement, optimistic - truly believe that everyone has potential to thrive.
For me, my client's progress and success is my success. Keeping the strength based approach in mind and the core values, I make sure to customize the experience and journey for each client so that they can maximize their learnings, reflection and potential.
