About Me
People often come to me when life looks good on the outside but feels messy on the inside — when relationships feel strained, family dynamics become overwhelming, or something just feels off. I help high-achieving individuals slow down, tune in, and realign with what truly matters.
My approach is intuitive yet grounded in years of training and experience. I hold two master’s degrees in psychology and a doctorate in clinical psychology. For over 15 years, I’ve worked closely with individuals from all walks of life, and currently also serve the community through my work with the County of Los Angeles.
