About Me

I am a Navy Veteran fortunate enough to have graduated from the college I selected while still in High School. I utilized my degree in Social and Human Development and my volunteering with The Gandhi Institute for Peace to leverage myself onto the radio. There I hosted and produced a talk show called “Behave as if you Belong” on 106.5 FM having conversations with people ranging from doctors, CEO’s, former bank owners, and book authors about the idea that somewhere, everywhere, we all belong. These interactions led me to a deep desire to help people and bring together what works for them. For 5+ years as a Registered Counsellor, I did just that supporting people’s emotional needs, facilitating groups, and doing one-on-one counseling.
I then flew to Bhutan as a royal dignitary to help implement human development learning in their country’s college programs. Later, at a conference, I met a Professor from Notre Dame who agreed to help me take my robust gathering of Humanistic Knowledge and Helping Experience and transform it into the theoretical orientation ARLAC. Now, I use this theoretical orientation at Holistic Human, SPC coaching people toward clarity, personal growth, and success.
