About Me

Hi! My name is Arianna Sita. I am a personal growth and sexuality coach for young adults. I believe change always begins from within. When your mind is organized and determined, and communicates the intention to your body, external change becomes a natural extension of your inner clarity. Self-awareness, as in the ability to be fully in touch with your thoughts and emotions, is the most important skill you are going to work on and develop through coaching with me.

Sexual consciousness is the essential, but often brutally ignored, piece of self-awareness. Our sexuality is commonly exposed to turmoil, misguidance, or at best negligence. By the time we are young adults, we find ourselves struggling to fully understand and stay connected with our sexual selves, or to mindfully navigate harmonious romantic relationships. It has been my experience that few things are as empowering as learning to fully explore and express my sexual being, which also includes times when I do not feel “sexual”.

Personal growth and sexuality coaching does not stop at self-awareness. I not only encourage you to delve within, but also will coach you to integrate self-awareness with building a supportive network and creating meaningful relationships that energize you to look out in the world and find your place. It is only then that your actions direct you to the path you intend and enjoy to be on. Think about the last time you accomplished something you were proud of. What insights and values were driving you? What kind of support did you receive? And how did your actions led you to success?
