As a neuropsychologist in training, coaching is an incredibly effective alternative to psychotherapy. I enjoy utilizing neuroscience based techniques to custom tailor care plans with clients by addressing the fundamental aspects of brain functioning to achieve goals and overcome all obstacles. I specialize in cognitive behavioral coaching and neurolinguistic programming methodologies infused with Jungian psychoanalytical tactics to reprogram limiting core beliefs to uncover the unconscious mind and soul. Through strengthening self concept, improving internal and external communication skills, and developing healthy strategic coping mechanisms, there is nothing that can hold one back from living the most optimal version of life possible.
