Ari is a professional coach. Who specializes in Lifestyle & Executive Coaching and Addiction Recovery.Coaching
ICF accreditation (ACC | Associate Certified Coach), NLP Practitioner & Timeline Therapy Practitioner, along with professional certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Addictions Informed Mental Health (CAIMHP), Clinical Trauma (CCTP), Anger & Aggression Management and accredited as a Meditation Coach by IPHM ensure that Ari’s qualifications can assist his clients to reach their desired expectations.
At the core of Ari’s coaching is his genuine interest to support and motivate each and every one of his clients with respect and understanding. He is truly passionate about facilitating a process that helps clients to overcome challenges and put a big tick next to their goals.
In his coaching practice, Ari focuses on the human body as a whole – mind, body & spirit. He strongly believes in the resilience of the human psyche that when given an optimal opportunity to grow, possibilites are endless. He draws on his own professional and personal experiences to help his clients manage a better state of mental, physical and emotional health.
With over 8 years of working in the hospitality industry at management level in both New Zealand & Hong Kong. Ari truly understands the powerful tools of communication and listening whilst providing a first-class service.
Ari also was fortunate enough to have been able to represent one of his countries of origin – Hong Kong. He represented Hong Kong in Rugby League and has also played Rugby Union to a high level. Given his sporting success he was clearly able to define the terms commitment, leadership and teamwork.
Ari has an international background. He was born in Japan, brought up in Hong Kong and educated in New Zealand. He Currently lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand with his family.
