About Me

My philosophy in life is to 'Live Love Learn & Leave a legacy' and it applies to my coaching as well. I actively listen to the needs of my coachee, be non-judgemental, learn and understand their perceptions and help them discover their path to love and fulfilment.

Therefore when coaching I have learned: to agree with purpose and appropriate outcomes; to focus on effective behaviours; to develop a trusting and appreciative coaching relationship; to attend carefully to coachees’ and to use insightful questions to prompt deeper understanding and to enable coachees’ to self-coach.
