About Me

I had my first spiritual transformation when I was 12 years old, and with each new year, I have faced different challenges, from a restrictive education system, to a cross-cultural crisis. I have been able to overcome many of them through my spirituality. Because I know that mindful/spiritual happiness is different from regular happiness that most people experience, I want to dedicate my life helping people experience that kind of transformation and joy. Hence, I wish to especially help teenage girls through their growing up challenges, but am open to people from all age groups and walks of life. I would be able to help people (all genders) with creative, spiritual, political, and leadership blockages through a combination of spiritual, psychological, and mindful techniques.

I have been practicing Nichiren Buddhism for more than 4 years & have also studied the Brahmakumaris philosophy. My favorite new age authors are Eckhart Tolle and Rhonda Byrne, whose techniques I practice, as well as propagate.

I have interned at Fortis Escorts Hospital, New Delhi for 2 months in 2015 as a counselor. I screened individuals who came for a routine health checkup and counseled them on general life style issues like work related stress, sleep disturbances and relationship blues. I did several employee wellness workshops with various corporate, like HP and Dunnhumby.

I'm completing my memoir (47k words written) which based on my personal growth journey under the themes of spirituality, ideology, travel, culture, and gender experiences. I will be publishing it in the coming year. My extensive personal growth blog's link is also shared here.
