About Me

I am a leader in the corporate world and I am looking to now share my experiences through my coaching practise. I have built a 200 member team of engineers, analysts, data scientists and I work with them as a leader, mentor, guide and friendly coach. I am training to be a certified coach and I want to help people discover themselves by discovering what truly drives them in life. As a leader I work with 25-34 year young men and women from any walk of life. who come out of education and their first few jobs either confused or feeling under utilised. There seems a sense of imbalance and discontentment in their lives. Having been through those, working and seeing different people experiencing it daily and having helped them discover things for themselves I believe I have been able to help some of them in their quest for self discovery. I believe that when we all truly align ourselves and our lives to the values that we all believe in then we feel balanced and content in life. Its not about how hard we work, how much effort we put that alone matters. It is more important to know if that work and effort is spent in the direction that aligns with your core. And when it does, one will be successful, content and feel their potential is being fulfilled. As a coach I would like to help people discover this side of theirs so we can all be a little more content and happy in life. Sometimes peer pressure, societal pressure distracts us, makes us forget and as a coach I can help you unload those and provide a space for you to dream freely and then work out a plan to help achieve those dreams.
