About Me

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specializing in areas like professional development, performance enhancement, leadership development, change management, team building, conflict resolution and culture building.

Having coached for more than 900 hours, working closely with the people leaders in the organization across geographies, I have the privilege of working with individuals and teams from diverse nationalities, cultures, and industries. My coaching philosophy centers around authenticity, trust, and empowering individuals to reach their highest potential.

Working with different global organizations I got the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and teams in India, US, and UK, primarily in the financial, technology, and consulting sectors. One of the highlights of my career has been working in global organizations with a diverse workforce. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding and appreciation for different cultures, enabling me to navigate cross-cultural complexities and promote inclusivity.
