About Me

First, let's find your Why. Once found, you can learn to effectively lead your employees, your peers, and your manager. I help you manage your stress through exercise, hobbies, meditation, or some other way. I will help you find your way. I will challenge your limiting beliefs and assumptions about yourself and others. These skills don't just work at the office, they work in the home, with your family, friends and anyone else you want to lead in a positive way.

I am here because after 22 years in leadership in the public sector in a high stress career, I appreciate the challenges current and future leaders face. I want to help you navigate those challenges by listening with empathy, asking questions which generate your creative thinking and lead to problem solving, creating balance and managing stress, and providing leadership in your professional and personal lives.

As a leader, I have experienced the challenges of motivating employees, while answering to one's own boss, and the community. After transitioning into a private sector executive role in a consulting firm, I learned to use skills from my time in the public sector to serve customers in a new way. At the top of the list of skills are stress management, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.

I am a mindfulness and meditation instructor trained to tailor the practice of stillness and silence to your individual needs and beliefs.
