I am dealing with an ongoing situation that makes me so furious I can't think about much else. I was getting triggered every time I had to interact with this person and there is no way to avoid it. Annie let me talk about all the aspects of the situation and really listened. I know she was listening because I didn't really notice when the "coaching" started. She led me into discovery process about why and how this situation and my responses made perfect sense, but also how it did not. She helped me see reach the place I wanted to be.
