Meet the old me: Annie Dietz, a successful entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience as a real estate broker, mother, and wife. I was doing it all, starting each day frazzled. I was stuck in a negative cycle unaware that I was addicted to stress and that I was perpetuating living in a state of survival. Realizing this was the first step toward restructuring my life.

Honoring who I truly am has been one of my hardest journeys. Unlearning old habits and setting boundaries has shown me that I can give more to others when I first make time for myself.

While easy to comprehend this is hard to implement. As a coach, I help clients who are following a similar path to the old me. Using my new perspective on what is possible and applying deep listening and asking the right questions, I help you fast-track your personal and professional growth.

Since leaving my real estate career, I’ve spent the last five years consulting small business owners. This led me to pursue my coaching certification in 2021, bringing a blended experience to our sessions, fast tracking your growth.
