About Me

I began my health career in 1995 when I became a dental hygienist. I witnessed first hand the relationship between mind and body and so began my studies on holistic health and wellness. In 2007 I became a Master Herbalist and Certified Health Practitioner. In 2009 I became a Doctor of Naturopathy. Since then I have taught hundreds of individuals on the importance of whole body health. It is my passion to help people achieve and maintain optimal health. As a Certified Health Coach, I help clients to feel their best by giving them the tools and information to do so with continued support that will help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
