About Me

I work as a coach to help clients meet specific goals in their lives that they are experiencing difficulties reaching or need extra guidance and support. I love working with women and men who also want to work toward setting goals that will help them be the kind of people they want to be in the world. Together with clients I explore obstacles, review how to take steps toward what they want, and act as accountability in the journey with them toward their desired outcomes. I am passionate about working with people that struggle with self care and prioritizing themselves. Many people neglect their own needs and focus on others. Whether its burnout at work, with family , friends, partners, I will work with you on redirecting attention toward yourself and we will create a plan in order for you to start feeling as if you are taking care of yourself first! I also work with people that need help asking for what they want and need - whether it's at work, school, home, in relationships.
