I remember when I was first looking for a coach and was so overwhelmed by the sheer number of people who promised to have the answers to my problems. I didn’t trust myself enough to choose the right one and blamed myself when it didn’t work out with one coach after another. If these experts couldn’t fix me, clearly i couldn’t be fixed... right?

The truth is - no one has the answers to your problems - because they’re yours. No one will ever know you better than you know yourself. No one else can heal you and no one else can do the work for you.

Remember how pissed you used to get when your parents or teachers used to tell you what to do? When they assured you they knew what was best for you and to just listen to what they said and not ask any questions? Remember feeling frustrated, unseen, and misunderstood? You really trying to pay someone to replicate all that again?

I don’t give you the answers. I help you find the right questions to ask so you can find them. I help you quiet the noise of everyone and everything else so you can hear the voice inside that’s been quietly guiding you all along. I help you trust that it’s leading you in the exact direction you want to go. I support you while you do the work and help you enjoy the hell out of the ride, regardless of how bumpy it is.
