Hello, I am a natural listener who can ask questions which will help you work in depth with the issues at hand. I provide a non-judgemental space within which we can disentangle the best way forward. I was a Sociology major in college and I am studying Ayurvedic Wellness, am a yoga teacher and can also help coach you in meditation, wellness, and life balance. I also work as a doula and can help resolve issues related to childbirth and birth trauma. My job is to hold a space for you to be the best you can be.
