Before working with Anna, I struggled with feeling fulfilled in my career and consistently felt stressed at work, struggling with imposter syndrome. After working with Anna, I became aware of negative thoughts and practice positive self talk. Anna helped me to overcome my inner critic, and now I am able to calmly learn from mistakes and move on, rather than perseverate.

Before we started the coaching together, I already knew that Anna would be the right fit for what I needed at that stage in my career...She had gone through similar experiences in a soft-money environment that is unyielding and unkind to those who already have no work-life balance. In the beginning, it was like baby steps to build my confidence and to reveal what my superpowers were. I also had no idea that I didn't trust in my own instincts and rhythms - Anna helped me embrace who I really am and that I didn't have to fit into those boxes that are so neat and predictable. I feel that through her skilled coaching and unwavering empathy and compassion for the obstacles that keep coming up, I can pick myself back up and push through those roadblocks in life. You are a warm, encouraging, and inspiring piece of heaven, Anna!

Anna is born to be a coach. She so naturally and intuitively guides me through whatever tangled thoughts plague me. She weaves together different learnings and bits of inspiration from all kinds of rich sources, always has such a helpful question to draw out of me my next step, and gives me perspective on where I began and where I am in my journey, reminding me of breakthroughs I've had and evoking in me the next one. I've thrown myself fully into my creative life because of an exercise we did together that made it clear as day to me that this is what I want. And as every obstacle and dementor appears, she helps me remember not to run, but to navigate, forward.

When I began working with Anna, I was completely stuck! She is an incredible listener, who is respectful, patient, open and so perceptive. She helped me find solutions and answers within myself. She was both guide and a support through a collaborative discovery process. I came to work with her to address career issues, but it helped me as a whole person. Anna is a phenomenal professional coach! I came to her during the pandemic to explore creating a side hustle using my love for illustration. She helped me look at my fears and saboteur thinking AND she gave me specific activities to help me grow in my vision as an artist. I progressed from imposter syndrome to identifying my artistic style and taking on commissions. I now have a small business and I am progressing slowly, but with confidence thanks to Anna. Anna is such an advocate, cheerleader, and strategic thinker. I am so thankful to her for all that she helped me to believe and discover in myself! The glass is always half-full with Anna!

I reached out to Anna for help when I was applying to grad schools. I had to write personal statements for the programs I was applying to that needed to be specific and personal, and had to highlight my motivation behind applying. Before working with Anna, I struggled to articulate these motivations and succinctly describe my journey. Anna helped me to dig deeper and find my reason. After working with Anna, I was able to create an outline of my reasons and organize my thoughts well enough to put them down on paper. Anna helped me look inward and I'm grateful for her help in discovering myself. Our session made me understand myself better and be more confident in expressing my thoughts.
