About Me
My MA in Counseling Psychology, combined with my earlier MBA in finance, provide me with a unique blend of expertise in both human behavior and business acumen. Having studied mindfulness and psychology for fifteen years, I hold the relationship with my clients as the foundation for my coaching work. In addition to being a coach and counselor for the past ten years, I bring over twenty years of experience leading teams for a billion-dollar organization, in project management, finance, and IT. Some of the people I hired and trained became top leaders. I later co-facilitated a career support group through the YWCA.
Combining my certifications in Gestalt therapy and executive coaching, I offer a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
