About Me

Self-Care Life Coach, Anjalon Wimbush is a licensed Masters level social worker who has a career as a Social Worker for the past 25 years. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Coach Anjalon serves as a Field Instructor for Michigan State University for over 17 years, also assists on MSU’s School of Social Work Field Advisory Council and was recognized in 2017 with an Excellence award as Field Instructor of the Year.

In the past 4 years, Coach Anjalon has been trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Social-Emotional Facilitation for all ages, and Compassion Resilience. She is certified in Clinical Supervision.

In addition, she is CEO of Positive Steps10, LLC, owner and Life Coach at The Lotus Life Self-Care Coaching program, podcast host, and an author. Coach Anjalon enjoys music, crafts, and she is committed to spending time with her family and friends.
