About Me

As a college educator, I witnessed the value of powerful questioning, story-telling, and design thinking when teaching and mentoring my students. As such, I began integrating coaching into my work and the work of my academic advising teams. I later launched a college coaching program aimed at providing wrap-around support for historically under-represented and under-served students.

As a certified Youth Transition Coach (Youth Coaching Institute), I am committed to providing evidence and strengths-based support to help learners maximize their personal and professional potential. I aim to put my clients at the center. I am interested in their stories, their goals, and their definitions of success.

I am a life-long learner, and have been in and out of classrooms around the country. I earned a bachelors and masters degrees at the University of Utah, before pursuing post-baccalaureate studies in strategic communications at Columbia University. I later earned a Doctorate in Education at the University of Colorado and am a certified Myers Briggs (MBTI) practitioner.
