About Me

Hello, my name is Angelic Muhammad. My background is in Trauma (Sexual trauma etc, whole-body health, helping individuals obtain effective communication skills and build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I have a BA in psychology, MS in Counseling, and a PhD in Philosophy specialized in trauma.
I have been in the helping field for over 17years and have a great love for people. I started focusing more on whole-body health because I found over the years people came to me for assistance for one thing but they found how that one situation has caused issues in other parts of their life. Working with the whole body allows for my clients to get the ultimate cleanse of emotional waste in which they did not know was causing physical pain.
I use various avenues to assist my clients with their growth process, such as: mindfulness, meditation, expressive art in coaching and traditional coaching. Seeing that every client is unique, all services are unique to your needs, no cookie cutter services. I truly care about the people I assist as I assist them on their terms. This process is work. At the same time it is a lifestyle growth. With a lifestyle growth there will be some push and pull, some stumbling blocks, some challenges, realities, responsibility and acceptance. All of this work is for the greater goal of assisting you in establishing the life you want and the legacy you want to leave. Although there is work to do remember the best part, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I am the 30% to YOUR 70% as this is YOUR life.
