Hi, I’m Angela, a Licensed Master Social Worker and the founder of Arcana Collaborative. With over a decade in mental health and wellness, I’m all about helping people, teams, and organizations thrive through practical and supportive coaching.

I’m a certified master-level coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute, and my background includes a specialization in trauma-informed approaches. This means I bring a compassionate and well-rounded perspective to our work together.

At Arcana Collaborative, I focus on helping you set clear goals, craft effective strategies, and stay on track. My aim is to partner with you to create a plan that really fits your needs and helps you reach your dreams.

I also host the Lean In & Listen Podcast, where I dive into topics that inspire personal growth and offer insights to tackle life’s challenges. When I’m not coaching or podcasting, I’m hanging out with my dogs and cats or getting inspired by art, fashion, and music.
