About Me
How do you let people know what you want? Do you stress or avoid potentially difficult conversations? Do you find it challenging to provide feedback to others that produce your desired results?
I will give you a safe place to work on your communication road blocks. We will work together on you having clearer, more effective and authentic conversations. This will build and allow your work associates, friends and family, a better understanding of what you need and their action required. You will have the opportunity to practice and receive actionable and motivating feedback on what others may conclude from those conversations to make appropriate adjustments based on your audience.
I’ve gained my experience from working 25+ years in the Consumer Products Industry and an Executive Coach and trainer. I've lived in over fifteen states and Europe and these experiences have allowed me to understand the impact and navigation of speaking to a variety of people and circumstances.
It is my belief that the more we bring our own desires, experiences, and point of view into all conversations in our ways of living, the clearer our goals will be, not only to ourselves but to those we engage with. I will help you learn to communicate what you want in a way that will be clearly heard and not misinterpreted.

Angel was a great big help to me when I was looking for support & answers for my career. Not only did she give me the Briggs Meyer test & explain it all out to me. She even recommended walking mediation when I was stressed with things in my life. She always listened & explained things out & talked about breaking up smart goals every time we met.
