About Me

Andy is a seasoned specialist in marketing communication and brand management, with a career spanning over 20 years at the global, regional, and local levels. His extensive corporate and senior management experience has been honed in renowned international communication organizations and financial institutions such as Publicis Groupe, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, AXA, and Bupa, where he served as a regional marketing and branding head. Throughout his career, Andy has assisted a diverse range of multinational brands in identifying their brand purpose and values, leading to sustainable business results.

In 2019, driven by his passion for brand building and people communication and development, Andy founded SomeOne Consulting. This award-winning platform specializes in providing purposeful and highly tailored corporate training services for executives, corporations, and schools, helping them navigate their daily communication and branding challenges.

Andy earned his MBA from The University of Hong Kong and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at PCC level. He is a vetted executive coach across different international coaching platforms (e.g. Boldly Coach, Coachbase, Speakin, MindFi etc.) He is also frequently invited as a visiting lecturer, guest speaker, and corporate trainer by various local universities, NGOs, and private organizations. He holds the distinction of being a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) in the UK, a Senior Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (SHKIM), and a certified NLP Master Practitioner in the US.
