About Me

Andriana is an experienced Learning & Development Director and an Executive Coach, certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, PCC. Andriana's clientele consists of executives from multinational, medium, small sized companies and other individual professionals in the USA and Europe. She is an enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, and personal leadership skills training specialist who has the ability and experience to comprehend and collaborate effectively with executives from various fields and industries. Throughout her career she has trained, developed & designed specialized, tailor made training programs, directed and coached training professionals as well as high and middle level directors and managers.
