I'm a two-time startup founder, and have completed Integral Coaching Canada training. I have capacity for one client at a time while I run my own startup.

Over the past decade I've listened to thousands of podcasts and read over 100 books about entrepreneurship and personal development, as well as numerous biographies.

I love the process of coaching - digging deep on what you truly want, finding out whats blocking you from getting there, and doing the work to reach your goals. I'm fascinated every time I coach.

Personally, my passions are sports, travel, and adventure. I'm always planning the next thing I want to see, learn, or experience.
