About Me

As a coach I want to help guide my clients towards seeing what truly motivates them and help them identify what success means to them – both personally and professionally. It is important to say that my job is to help guide and not dictate what you need by asking the right questions and bringing in the correct examples from my past learnings and experiences.

As a brief description of who I am; I have fulfilled a two year military service in the special forces and that is what helped motivate and shape me into the person I am today. Following the two years of my service I decided to follow my passion of helping people by fulfilling a degree in Psychology, which I moved to England to complete. To continue my interest in helping people thrive and achieve at work I then endeavoured on a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology, where I was able to study leadership, culture, motivation, psychometrics and performance at work.
