About Me

I am Andrea Brunswick a Certified Transition Coach, Speaker, Workshop Facilitator and Mentor and want you to become inspired and Empowered. My mission is to Change the World by Empowering one Life at a Time. When I started Empowering Angels three years ago, I was confident that I was doing the work I had been called out to do—Coach others through life’s crisis’, challenges and crossroads.

When I went to sleep one night in 2003, it was a good night. When I woke the following morning to find that my husband hadn't, I was thrown for a loop. A big-mother-of-goodness-paralyzing-loop. I was in pain and in crisis. I felt alone. And was uncertain what the stars had intended for me. I was now single, with 2 young children to care for. I knew that she needed an angel.

Little did she know that an angel, actually, my angels, would come dressed in high heels, tight skirts, with a bottle Chardonnay in one hand and a glass half full in the other ready to spend Friday nights “in”. I was supported by my girls, friends for life, my sisters in crime. Through the love, encouragement and emotional support of my dearest friends, I rose above these circumstances to behold a promising and positive future. The road was not easy, but it was one better traveled because of those angels. They woke me up, not from my fairy tale slumber, but from my dormant dreams.

They reminded me that I had a lot to offer: intuitive, spirited, entrepreneurial, empathetic, supportive and objective.

The time had come to share this experience with others and create a movement to WAKE UP! women from their slumbers before it was too late. I realized that life was not always about the plan, but very much about the preparation. Are you prepared for the unplanned life events? Most women are not.
I have a very simple message: WAKE UP! Don’t hit the SNOOZE button. WAKE UP! And kick your life into ACTION.
