I am a Coach specializing in Mental Well-Being with over four years of experience working with individuals and groups.
My mission is to support individuals in overcoming emotionally stressful situations, empowering them to take control of their inner world and find the path toward a life of happiness, purpose, and fulfillment.

During the sessions, we will create a safe space where you can tell your story and be listened to, express your emotions, and feel understood. Our collaborative rapport will base on trust, mutual respect, honesty, empathy, and non-judgment.
