About Me

As a social worker for 20 years, I especially loved working with women to create changes in their lives and find greater happiness, better relationships and work that you love. I work with mindset, uncovering beliefs and fears that hold you back from the success and happiness you desire. There are unconscious patterns that you developed in early childhood.

Even those you are aware of, you do not recognize the extent they keep you from what you consciously want in your life. You may have a fear of being seen, of rejection or not being accepted, of not being liked or of being judged or other fears.

And, then, there are beliefs about what you think you can or can not do. Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe that you can create the success you desire? Do you believe you are worthy of love and respect? Do you keep your true desires secret because you don't want anyone to ruin your secret hopes and dreams? What is it that you really want to create in your life? If you have a desire in your life, the answer to that desire is also present.

Through my business, Align Your Energy, I helped women find their niche, their gifts, how they are unique for 13 yrs. That means doing what you love, that you are passionate about. That is directly related to your happiness and to how you present yourself in the world. I have worked with entrepreneurs, focused on relationships, self-esteem, past trauma and abuse, beliefs.

Having a coach can help you see what you resist and overcome the belief and fear and start to take the actions to create the life you desire. If you don't have the life you desire, find the right person to help you achieve it.

I help you hold a big vision for yourself and strong belief in your goals. And help you determine action steps toward your goals. I also use energetic tools to help you through whatever holds you back. I help you in areas where you are stuck that other coaches can't.
