I have transitioned from software development to people development after more than twenty years in the Tech Industry, now I focus on Leadership and Life Coaching of leaders in Tech.
My coach education is from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and I was certified in 2022, I have been coaching since 2018 as an Agile Coach.
I have studied with Malou Laureys, a Therapist and Radical Collaboration® Master Trainer for 2 years and her Transformational Keys® Facilitation Model and the ENBA Theory; The Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation® (ENBA) theory, a theory of human functioning and change, which I can use to support you to get out of unwanted patterns and create deep lasting change.
From the 3-year study at Academy for Potential Psychology I am trained to help you align with your purpose, regain energy and address subconscious family system issues holding you back. Potential Psychology is based on the use of Pychological Astrology

Andrea is one of the few coaches that transformed my life positively. I came from a place where I felt broken inside and all over the place due being mobbed in my previous work.
