My background and work experience has been predominantly in the education field including teaching, developing and evaluating curriculum and assessing teacher effectiveness. I have held several Educational Leadership positions including founding a school and managing all aspects of this small business for over ten years. In addition, I have several years of experience coaching, mentoring, motivating and supporting hundreds of individuals in helping them to find a career in which they will be challenged, happy and fulfilled.
