About Me

Anca is a Senior Executive and Coach with over 20 years experience, predominantly in financial services / non-life insurance and reinsurance industry, steering organizational development and transformation aligned with strategy; ensuring adherence to purpose, core values and goals of the organization; result and value-driven.

She has moved from roles of technical expertise in the insurance and reinsurance industry to managing people, teams and organizations, building over 10 years of C-Level experience, 8 years in a CEO role and 3 as an Executive Coach. 2016 General Manager Award (across all industries); 2015 Manager of the Year, Non-life insurance.

Anca owns more than 200 hrs of ICF certified training (ICF CCEUs) and also has a Team Coaching Foundation Certification.
