My name is Anastasija.

As a psychotherapist and coach, I specialize in helping individuals find their purpose and live in harmony with themselves and the environment.

Usually my programme consists of 11 individual online coaching sessions:
Free introductory session of 30 minutes.
First strategic session of 90 minutes.
Then, 9 sessions of 60 minutes.

In my work, I use methods of transactional analysis, system coaching, and, if necessary, coaching associative cards (MACs) and Lego serious play.

My techniques are always defined individually.
