About Me

My philosophy is based on the belief that everyone has the potential to grow and thrive, and that the role of the coach is to create a space where clients can explore their possibilities and emerge as the best versions of themselves.
My coaching strategies are "grounded in the principles of positive psychology, neuroscience, and emergence." Positive psychology is the study of what makes people happy and fulfilled, neuroscience is the study of the brain and nervous system, and emergence is the process of new and complex things arising from the interaction of simpler parts.
