Hi! I’m Amy…
I’m here to help you be the absolute best version of yourself. I am a mother, a teacher, an events coordinator, a get-shit-done promoter, get-to-the-point speaker, domestic warrior, compulsive reader, my son’s biggest fan… and I want to be… your Coach.

I like to describe myself as Fearlessly Female.

I’m a serial entrepreneur with a passion for seeing women succeed in all areas of their lives. I carry a Diploma in Marketing, together with an array of coaching qualifications and experience in Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Counselling, Career Coaching and Business Coaching. My passion lies in getting women across the globe to see how wonderful, powerful and capable they really are.

My coaching style is focused on 3 crucial steps:

1. Clarity - I help you get crystal clear on the issue at hand - where it stems from, and what effect it is having on you.
2. Action - the best way forward is to MOVE, and the only way to get changes done, is to action them quickly, with confidence and with belief in yourself.
3. Growth - this is something that you will experience for the rest of your life. With the knowledge and tools you will learn with me, you will be able to implement them over and over again to see situations, thoughts, emotions and issues exactly for what they are.
