About Me

The power of coaching continually inspires me to support a broad array of clients from different backgrounds, industries, and experience levels. Through my experiences in Human Resources, I started to find that some employees struggled to navigate a path to a fulfilling career. In some cases, even employees who enjoyed their roles weren't sure how to ask for flexibilities that would enable them to show up more fully in both their personal and professional lives.
I became a Certified Professional Coach to support professionals toward the most important goals to them. My coaching certification is through an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved training program. My HR certification is through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
