About Me
I'm passionate about truly understanding a person - their goals, the potential they have to do everything they dream and what's holding them back. I don't just want to "help" - I want to see a person fulfilled and watch them realize they are capable of getting what they want out of life.
I listen intently. I believe a person has untapped strength within them and I analyze what I hear for information that will help lead a person to that power. Coaching acts as a catalyst in one's growth process and the joy I get out of seeing someone succeed is a treasured reward.
I fervently believe real change is possible because I've been there. I've been stuck, I've faced a list of dreams that seemed impossible, I've worried, I've failed and I've lost faith in myself. Working with a coach helped me unleash a sense of ownership over my potential. It's empowering, it's freeing and it has allowed me to thrive. I want this for others and am blessed with a gift to help them find it.
I've spent over 20 years managing teams, coaching professionals and guiding men and women to success. Most of my career has been in the Corporate environment, leading HR teams, managing projects and always investing in people. As a seasoned Human Resources leader and professionally trained Life Coach, my vast experiences and talent for creating success from chaos provides a wealth of knowledge and support for all clients.
I've had a long marriage, I've been divorced and re-married. I'm a mom and step-mom and have had success at managing a blended family. My experience with marriage, divorce and successful co-parenting alongside managing a demanding career and zest for designing my best life offers much in tackling both professional and personal goals.
